The deal, in plain words.

Fiveprint is run from Spain. Write to hello@fiveprint.app about anything at all — questions, complaints, refunds, requests about your data. A person reads it.

Fiveprint scores a personality questionnaire and explains what the scores mean. That is all it does.

It is not a medical device, a clinical assessment, or a diagnostic tool, and nothing it produces is health advice. It does not measure intelligence, ability, or how well anyone would do a job, and it must not be used to screen candidates or to make hiring, admission, insurance, or care decisions about anyone. If something in your report worries you, talk to a qualified professional.

Finishing the assessment stores your answers and scores under a long random token, and that token is the address of your report. Anyone holding the link can read it, so share it as deliberately as you would share a document.

If you lose the link and the result is not attached to an account, it is gone — we have no way to find it either.

An account needs an email address and a password, and nothing else. Keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You can delete the account from your account page whenever you like. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it takes every result saved to that account with it.

One payment buys one full report, and it stays available at your results link. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing to cancel — we do not store your card, and we cannot charge you again.

The price is shown in full before you pay and includes any tax that applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card details go to them and never reach us.

If the report is not what you expected, write to hello@fiveprint.app within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

In law, buying digital content that is delivered immediately usually means giving up the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and by starting delivery of your report at checkout you agree to that immediate delivery. We give you the 14 days regardless.

Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the service, and do not use Fiveprint to assess someone who has not agreed to it.

Your answers and your scores are yours. The questionnaire items come from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool and belong to no one.

The written interpretations, the visual print, the design, and the code are ours. Share your own report as widely as you like, publicly included — but do not republish our interpretation text as a product of your own.

Fiveprint is provided as it is. We keep it running and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or retire parts of it. If we ever close the service down, we will give notice first and a way to save your report.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected with Fiveprint is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not responsible for decisions you or anyone else makes on the strength of a personality score.

We may update these terms, and the date above shows the last change. A change never applies backwards to a purchase you have already made.

These terms are governed by the law of the seller’s country (Spain). If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, you keep every protection your own country’s law gives you, and nothing here takes it away.
